• Create and manage your account, and verify your mobile number or email with one-time passwords.
• Process bookings, assign a suitable service partner and share the details needed to complete the job.
• Send booking confirmations, reminders, updates and support replies by SMS, WhatsApp, email or in-app notifications.
• Handle payments, refunds, reviews and complaints.
• Verify and onboard service partners, and keep our platform safe from fraud and misuse.
• Improve our services, fix problems and understand how the website is used.

We share information only when it is needed to provide the service or when the law requires it:

• Service partners - your name, contact number, address and booking details, so they can reach you and complete the job.
• Service providers - trusted vendors for SMS/WhatsApp delivery, payment processing, hosting and analytics, who may use the data only on our instructions.
• Authorities - when required by law, court order or to protect the rights and safety of users, partners or the public.
• Business transfers - if we merge with or are acquired by another company, your information may be transferred under the same protections.

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences and understand how our site performs. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but some features such as login and booking may stop working properly.

• View and update your details from My Profile.
• Ask us to correct inaccurate information or delete your account and data.
• Opt out of promotional messages by following the instructions in the message or by contacting us.

Some information may be retained where the law requires us to keep it.

Our services are intended for people aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us their information, please contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when it last changed. Significant changes will be highlighted on the website or sent to you directly. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated policy.
